- Understand that any benefits you can gain from the Membership, Books or Course can vary according to many individual variables including how many of the strategies you adopt and for how long these are adhered to.
- Understand that if at any time you are concerned about your health and well-being you will seek the guidance of a qualified health practitioner of your choice.
- Understand that the information and strategies in Natural Woman Network books, Membership, and Courses are generally safe for women at midlife and that if you are in need of or taking any medications or am experiencing any health challenges, are pregnant, lactating or have any known allergies that you will seek the advice of you qualified health practitioner.
- Understand that the opinions and advice of any Guest Speakers recorded in any of these books, Membership or Course are that of the individuals only, not of Wendy Dumaresq & Natural Woman Network.
- Agree that this course does not substitute for clinical supervision under the guidance of an experienced herbal or another appropriately qualified health practitioner
- Understand that you are not permitted to photocopy this material for any purpose unless with the express written permission of the program director.
These materials are not transferable to another student; each student must purchase her/his own program materials.
Completion of this program in no way confers the right or ability to practice any form of health care.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
You understand that when you have paid for your Course, Membership, information products, or events the information therein is yours to utilize and enjoy unless you notify by email the Course Creator, Wendy Dumaresq that you wish to terminate the course.
REFUND:
COURSES/ PROGRAMS
You understand that the any Course or program, such as the Thrive Through Menopause program is refundable within the first 14 days once you have purchased and enrolled and you have perused the entire program/course content and determined that you will not gain any benefit the knowledge sharing therein.
You agree to notify the Course/Program Creator within 14 days of your enrollment in writing (email is [email protected]) if you wish to explore the refund option.
If you decide to terminate the Program/Course(s) you have enrolled in within 14 days of your enrollment, you understand that your access to your course materials will terminate immediately the refund is issued.
MEMBERSHIP or BOOKS, information programs such as Happy Hormones.
You understand that your Membership enrolment is monthly and that you can at any time cancel your monthly membership. In that case, your monthly membership will cease at the end of the month in which you subscribed.
There are no refunds available for the membership or for the Radiant Women Book, or the Happy Hormone - Peaceful Periods programs including the books therein.
You understand that if you have any questions or concerns you will contact the Course Instructor directly.
You understand that my payment for either Thrive Through Menopause Foundation OR Premium Package Course or another course/program you acquire entitles you to the full Thrive Through Menopause On-Line Course material for the Course you have enrolled in.
You have watched the Course introduction video and understand what the course offers and what the benefits could be for me.
You understand that this course is available for you on the.www.thinkific.com website in perpetuity as long as this Thinkific.com site is active and effective and the Course Creator is able to provide it.
You understand that the Thinkific.com platform is administered by an organization external to Natural Woman Network & Course Creator Wendy Dumaresq, therefore the performance and effectiveness of that site is the responsibility of Thinkific.com site owners. Natural Woman Network Pty Ltd & Wendy Dumaresq are not responsible for the performance of the Thinkific.com site.
